In this role an individual will be troubleshooting, investigation of system issues, work closely with IT, closely with the business and dealerships.
Lots of problem solving, investigating, and working with other teams to solve issues regarding that parts workbench+ system. May also be involved with enhancements of the tool as needed in the future.
Day to day in this role-
Monitor emails for customer orders, issues, etc. Support any issues that are holding back order intake. Checking work error reports, dealing with ID issues. Testing in the pre product system to support other functions.
Keep lines of communication open between business and IT as need be.
Degree not required,
Looking for someone who is organized, responsive, punctual, detailed and a problem solver.
