We are looking for a Team Leader and Fullstack Developer (local contract) to join our BPCE IT business Unit.
The dev team leader has to lead a team of developers to be able to provide the best as A Service experience to our BPCE users & applications.
- The team lead has to be very technically skilled and lead the different projects inside the team. It has to provide assistance to the team when needed and build a solid and consistent team around him.
- Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Build a team of developers from scratch and leading all this staff to be able to deliver as A Service functionalities for BPCE applications & users.

Main Technical Requirements:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.
Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.

- Good level of English – minimum B2 level;
- French is a plus;

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. It's going to be a busy one: French class before lunch and, just after, quick medical appointment at Natixis doctor's office.
