As our Intake Representative in our Intakes department, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for potential clients over the phone with the ability to earn over a thousand dollars a month in bonuses alone.
- Schedule: Friday - Tuesday
- Available shifts: 12:00pm - 9:00pm and 3:00pm - 12:00am
Daily Tasks:
- Speaking with potential clients via phone to gather initial case information and sign them on with the firm.
- Working with the firm’s intake attorney to determine viability of potential cases.
- Keeping track of potential cases and scheduling follow-up calls as necessary.
- Effectively communicating with potential clients, co-workers, and vendors alike.
- Updating the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data.
- Building strong rapport with potential clients and vendors.
- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
Your Skills:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work weekends required.
- Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals.
- Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
