Responsibilities:

Get under the skin of collection issues across customer bases
- Identify root cause, working with local and shared service partner
- Propose solutions , gain leadership sponsorship, roll out long term solution
Support roll out and embedding of refreshed service provider SLA/KPI’s
- Partner shared service provider to review and evaluate deliver of KPIs
- Support solutions to bridge Shared Service knowledge gaps and to get back to a BAU
Act as business escalation point for collections issues
- Act as conduit between UK based collection team and local OTC leadership
- Triage and support escalation process to ensure corrective actions/communications are effective
Define standard customer communication
- Partner with local OTC leadership in design and build
- Take ownership to implement with shared service partner and track effectiveness
Adhoc leadership capability support activities
Qualifications:
- Person needs to be hands on, but have leadership qualities to lead and influence stakeholders at varying levels.
- Super important that this person needs to be able to communicate effectively across the business
