Duties:
- Sourcing candidates through search, networking and online means targeting both passive and active candidates.
- Building a talent pool of top tier candidates.
- Full candidate journey – Screening candidates, interviewing candidates, advising and guiding candidates through the process.
- Daily business development activity targeting new and existing client accounts.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and candidates.
- Advertising roles on various job boards.
- Continuously looking for new ways to improve the level of services to clients.
- Updating and maintaining a large database of Candidates
- Managing ongoing placements currently on site, ensuring they have the support they need
- Working as part of a team in a very busy environment
- Provide administrative support within the department
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Coordinator/ Consultant.
- 3rd level Qualification or relevant experience.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Highly-motivated, and willing to learn, with an excellent work ethic.
- Results focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work.
- Strong team player with high level of flexibility.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
