Talent Acquisition Specialist [Ireland]


 

Job Title

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Ayrton Group. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and join a progressive department within Ayrton Group.

Duties:

  • Sourcing candidates through search, networking and online means targeting both passive and active candidates.
  • Building a talent pool of top tier candidates.
  • Full candidate journey – Screening candidates, interviewing candidates, advising and guiding candidates through the process.
  • Daily business development activity targeting new and existing client accounts.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Advertising roles on various job boards.
  • Continuously looking for new ways to improve the level of services to clients.
  • Updating and maintaining a large database of Candidates
  • Managing ongoing placements currently on site, ensuring they have the support they need
  • Working as part of a team in a very busy environment
  • Provide administrative support within the department

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Coordinator/ Consultant.
  • 3rd level Qualification or relevant experience.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • Highly-motivated, and willing to learn, with an excellent work ethic.
  • Results focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work.
  • Strong team player with high level of flexibility.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
