Talent Acquisition Associate


 

Summary

Works closely with a team of recruiters managing administrative activities, file audits, new hires processes, and partners with other supporting areas to have a successful hiring process for all new employees.

Key responsibilities
  • Performs daily audits to ensure that all tasks and processes are completed in accordance with internal requirements.
  • Verifies that the information in the database is properly recorded and follows up with the indicated personnel when there is any type of inconsistency.
  • Audits the files created by the recruitment team and ensures that all the required documentation is correct and is transferred in time to the corresponding departments.
  • Audits the internal hiring process and ensure that candidates have their job offer letters.
  • Completes hires in internal systems when required. Perform other functions as assigned.
  • Other Duties assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and meet time sensitive targets.
  • Schedule flexibility, including occasional weekends are required.
  • Advanced English proficiency and recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate MS Office package proficiency.
  • Capable on-site is required.


Location: Availability to work in our location in Montevideo, Uruguay.
