Location: Availability to work in our location in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Works closely with a team of recruiters managing administrative activities, file audits, new hires processes, and partners with other supporting areas to have a successful hiring process for all new employees.
Key responsibilities
- Performs daily audits to ensure that all tasks and processes are completed in accordance with internal requirements.
- Verifies that the information in the database is properly recorded and follows up with the indicated personnel when there is any type of inconsistency.
- Audits the files created by the recruitment team and ensures that all the required documentation is correct and is transferred in time to the corresponding departments.
- Audits the internal hiring process and ensure that candidates have their job offer letters.
- Completes hires in internal systems when required. Perform other functions as assigned.
- Other Duties assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and meet time sensitive targets.
- Schedule flexibility, including occasional weekends are required.
- Advanced English proficiency and recruiting experience is preferred.
- Intermediate MS Office package proficiency.
- Capable on-site is required.
