Description: St. John's Medical Center is in need of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) right now, this occupation will be situated in Wyoming. Administers general, regional and monitored anesthesia care for scheduled and emergency surgical and obstetrical procedures. Performs anesthesia-! related procedures at the discretion of and under the supervision of an attending anesthesiologist. Evaluates patients preoperatively and, in consultation with the attending anesthesiologist, formulates and carries out an anesthesia care plan including monitoring and recording patient reaction to anesthesia and modifying the anesthetic plan accordingly. Safely transports patients to and from an anesthetizing location and ensures appropriate care during the postoperative period. Interacts with staff and patients in a way that shows respect and consideration for the individual. Provides age and developmentally appropriate anesthesia services for infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric inpatient and outpatient populations. Duties: Full-Time

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current registration as a professional n! urse in the State of Wyoming. Graduate from an accredited scho! ol of anesthesia with current and active license plus evidence of bi-annual recertification by the AANA. Current ACLS. 3-5 years experience preferred. Other CEU requirments if applicable required by Medical Staff Services credentialing.
